The venerable Model 70 get some upgrades….Colt, American firearms manufacturer, has decided to upgrade it’s line of Competition Pistols with a new set of firing systems. Colt’s Model 70 firing systems have seen action that span from the battlefields of Normandy, to the jungles of Vietnam, and has tirelessly served our Armed Forces for more than a century.  With the upgrades that include a Novak adjustable rear sight, G10 grips, and Colt’s patented Double Spring Recoil System, this initiative has Colt primed to garner support from all classes of competition shooters.  MSRP for most of the newer models are around $1050 or less.

Crimson Trace products go even further….Recently, Crimson Trace, American manufacturer of laser sight equipment, has made new corporate alliances to bring to all of you wacky shooters more handguns that come equipped with Crimson Trace sighting systems pre-installed.  This will not only prove to provide more options to shooters, but will provide lower pricing.  Seems like a win for both sides!!!

Yeti keeps your stuff cool…and hot…..Yeti, a company that boasts to help you find comfort well outside of your comfort zone, has decided to introduce half-gallon and gallon sized Rambler Jugs to it’s already popular product line.  The Rambler Jugs are intended to provide multiple servings and bulk hydration to those adventurous souls that wander too far away from any reasonable refills.  These Ramblers are puncture and rust-resistant, made of kitchen grade stainless steel, and refuse to hold odors.  They also come with a magnetic cap that stays where they are put while you pour or sip.  These will retail for about $100 bucks for the half-gallon and about $50 more for the gallon size.  You better believe that these will fly off shelves as the winter season approaches!!

Stay tuned for more updates!!!!
